1) Knowledge Base (FAQ) Here you will find many answers to the more commonly asked questions as well as links to relevant articles.
2) Help Desk If you are experiencing technical difficulties that can not be resolved by reference to the FAQ, please open a Support Trouble ticket using our Help Desk. We will respond by email upon receipt of your ticket from the Help Desk system.
3) Emergency Phone Support. Emergency Phone support is only available for those customers who have purchased a Premium Support Plan. Other customers needing Emergency Phone Support will be charged a fee on a per call basis. Contact us for details.
